patchset against 2.6.10-rc3-mm1

It now contains:

• gensplash and vesafb-tng from spock
• swsusp 2.1.5.7 for suspend to disk (S2D)
• ck's plugset w/ staircase 9.1 and other patches of the ck-tree
• axboe's cfq time slices
• some for -mm to get nvidia-X-drivers running, revert some disturbing suspension
• and some other patches (lufs, submount, ...)
• added extra version -xyz1 to avoid overwriting default kernels

The patchset can be downloaded as a complete one kernel_ps-2.6.10-rc3-mm1-xyz1.diff.bz2 or splitted into single patches here

Note: you have to apply it against 2.6.10-rc3-mm1.
