faster startup

I changed a few of my /etc/init.d rc-scripts to startup my system faster. For my system it decreases time from grub to kdm from 55 down to 25 seconds.

There are a few changes for faster bootup:

• using readahead of files that are needed by other services.
• start some services in background
• changing modules to be loaded in background (in shell: &)
• start hdparm before readahead
• start xdm before background services
